Get ready for the 2021 golf season from the comforts of home with an exclusive online golf fitness program, with the one and only, Kyla Inaba. 

Follow Kyla, a certified TPI (Titleist Performance Institute) coach as she takes you through a 6-week fitness program, designed to activate muscles used in your golf swing in preparation for the golf season and to decrease early season injury.  The 3 main goals of this program are:

  1. To increase mobility
  2. To decrease the risk of injury when the golf season starts
  3. To decrease pain in your golf swing

A new "workout of the week" instructional video will be emailed to you every Monday for 6 weeks.  The first 3 weeks will focus on golf mobility & stability.  The final 3 weeks will focus on golf mobility and strengthening.

COST:  $65* plus tax

Workout Release Dates:  February 22, March 1, 8, 15, 22 & 29

What you'll need:  Workouts will be majority bodyweight exercises, dumbbells or bands may be added occasionally.
