• Chawanmushi: Truffle, prawns, scallops, egg custard
• Katsu: Breaded Pork Cutlet, mushroom hayashi sauce, multi-grain rice, sesame cabbage slaw

ABOUT CHEF ERIC LEE:

Chef Eric Lee, originally from South Korea, is a graduate of the Okanagan College Culinary Program. He previously worked as Sushi chef at Predator Ridge and has since gone on to become the owner and operator of Yuzu Bowl & Bistro and Sushi Sai in Kelowna, where he brings his passion and culinary expertise to life.
