Predator Ridge Online Store takes pride in partnering with Canada Post to handle all your shipping requirements. Our shipping operations are active from Monday to Friday, ensuring that your orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours of placement. Please be aware that shipping services are not available on weekends or during major holidays.

It's important to note that we currently offer shipping exclusively within Canada and the United States. Regrettably, we do not provide international shipping services at this time.

Kindly keep in mind that once your packages depart from Predator Ridge, we cannot assume responsibility for the delivery performance of Canada Post or USPS.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If, for any reason, you find yourself unsatisfied with your purchase or gift from our online store, we encourage you to take advantage of our hassle-free return or exchange policy within a generous 30-day window from the date of purchase.

1. Securely package the item, ensuring its protection during transit. Enclose either a copy of the Packing Slip that accompanied your order or a copy of the Purchase Receipt. Kindly indicate the reason for your return or exchange.
2. Include your contact details, including your name, email address, and daytime phone number, to facilitate smooth communication.
3. Send your return to the following address:

4. The credit for approved returns will be refunded to the credit card originally used for the purchase. Please allow one or two billing cycles for the credit to reflect on your credit card statement.
5. For exchanges, please provide applicable exchange details and allow 7 to 10 days for your exchange to be processed.
6. Please take note of the following:
   • Predator Ridge accepts returns and exchanges exclusively for unwashed, unworn merchandise that still bears all original tags.
   • Please be aware that no returns or exchanges are permitted for items designated as final sale merchandise
