RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If, for any reason, you find yourself unsatisfied with your purchase or gift from our online store, we encourage you to take advantage of our hassle-free return or exchange policy within a generous 30-day window from the date of purchase.
To initiate the process, please follow the steps outlined below or feel free to reach out to us at golfshop@predatorridge.com. Here's how to proceed:
- Securely package the item, ensuring its protection during transit. Enclose either a copy of the Packing Slip that accompanied your order or a copy of the Purchase Receipt. Kindly indicate the reason for your return or exchange.
- Include your contact details, including your name, email address, and daytime phone number, to facilitate smooth communication.

Vernon, BC V1H 1T2 Canada - The credit for approved returns will be refunded to the credit card originally used for the purchase. Please allow one or two billing cycles for the credit to reflect on your credit card statement.
- For exchanges, please provide applicable exchange details and allow 7 to 10 days for your exchange to be processed.
- Please take note of the following:
- Predator Ridge accepts returns and exchanges exclusively for unwashed, unworn merchandise that still bears all original tags.
- Please be aware that no returns or exchanges are permitted for items designated as final sale merchandise
EVENT TICKET CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY:
We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as flexible as possible. To ensure fairness and manage our preparation and seating effectively, we kindly request adherence to the following cancellation and rescheduling policy:
- Full Refund: Please cancel or reschedule at least 72 hours before your reservation to receive a full refund. Cancellations can be made by emailing us at predatorridge@predatorridge.com .
- Partial Refund: Cancellations made 24 to 72 hours before the scheduled reservation time are eligible for a 50% refund. This allows us to adjust our preparations and offer the reservation to other guests.
- No Refund: Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for cancellations within 24 hours of the reservation time. This policy is in place due to the costs incurred from ordering products and dedicating staff for your booking.
Understanding and Flexibility: We recognize that unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you need to cancel due to an emergency, please contact us directly to discuss your situation. We review each case individually, and will do our best to accommodate you.
