Janneke has led the creation of stroke survivor referral pathways, online peer support groups, and hospital-based connection programs to enhance recovery. She is passionate about empowering stroke survivors and their families, ensuring they have access to the support needed to navigate life after stroke.
As a Clinical Research Coordinator at Kelowna General Hospital, Marie is dedicated to educating the public on stroke prevention, early recognition, and treatment. Her expertise offers valuable insights into what happens during a stroke, how to respond, and the steps individuals can take to lower their risk.
MILO RUSIMOVICH: Stroke Survivor
Milo Rusimovich is a retired professional from the motion picture industry, where he worked in transportation for major films and television productions. He also spent winters as a professional ski patroller on Whistler Mountain.
