JOIN US FOR ‘THE LIFESAVING POWER OF DONATION’

Our next PREDTalk will highlight the life-saving role that blood, plasma, and stem cell donations play in Canada - including a powerful firsthand story of survival made possible through regular transfusions and a stem cell transplant. You’ll also hear about the growing demand for blood and stem cell donations across Canada, and how awareness is the first step in ensuring patients have access when they need it most.

This PREDTalk is an opportunity to learn more about the science, the stories, and the impact of Canada’s Lifeline - knowledge that may inspire you to get involved in your own way.

WHAT WILL YOU DISCOVER?
Blood Donations Save Lives - Hear a first hand account of how donations provided life-saving support throughout a local patient's treatment and recovery.
The Fragility of Health - Illness can strike anyone, anytime - discover how Canada’s blood system relies on everyday donors to be prepared before crisis hits.
Ordinary Heroes, Extraordinary Impact - Understand how donating blood, plasma, or joining the stem cell registry empowers ordinary Canadians to make a life-saving difference.
The Growing Need for Donors - With demand for blood products expected to rise by 50% in the next five years - and more than 1,000 Canadian patients waiting for life-saving stem cell transplants - discover why awareness and new registrants are more critical than ever.
The session will be followed by a Q and A session to ensure all your questions are answered.
