We’re excited to invite you to our next PREDTalk featuring Wendy Malmkvist, a fitness expert, nutrition coach, and natural bodybuilding champion.

Wendy will share her knowledge on how strength training can dramatically improve your health as you age - including how it supports physical function, metabolic health, and mental well-being. You’ll also learn why it’s never too late to start, and how to build a plan that works for you - no matter your current fitness level.

This PREDTalk is an opportunity to better understand the relationship between strength training and long-term vitality, and how staying strong now can help you live longer, healthier, and happier later.

ABOUT THE SPEAKER

WENDY MALMKVIST
Nutrition Coach, Fitness Expert, Natural Bodybuilding Champion.
Wendy began her fitness journey in 2006, transitioning from group fitness classes to personal training and eventually coaching CrossFit, Olympic Lifting, and more. In 2018 she expanded her expertise in areas such as functional aging, corrective exercise, and yoga.

This year, Wendy competed in the World Natural Bodybuilding Federation and achieved a two-time victory in the Masters (40+) division. Her passion for health and fitness is matched by her love for the outdoors, including activities like slalom waterskiing and paddleboarding.
